The Chow Kit Hotel, a boutique property in central Kuala Lumpur, is a 6-year-old building whose façade was originally designed and installed by RFY Group. In 2024, the hotel once again engaged RFY to provide sustainable façade care through our Dry Double Skin (DDS) system.
Our scope included internal façade cleaning and replacement of desiccant in modular panels to ensure optimal performance. These interventions maintain the façade’s watertight integrity, prevent condensation, and extend the building’s service life.
The DDS façade system is a hallmark of RFY innovation. With its built-in moisture absorption function, it delivers crystal-clear views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline, enhancing the guest experience while improving indoor comfort and energy efficiency.
This project demonstrates RFY’s commitment to construction technology, sustainability, and Building Excellence, Globally. By maintaining the façade’s durability and aesthetics, RFY helps The Chow Kit Hotel preserve its boutique identity while ensuring long-term performance.
