Acceptance of the Jalan Ampang Pedestrian Bridge & Bus Stop Project

We are proud to announce that RFY Group has been awarded the Jalan Ampang Pedestrian Bridge and Bus Stop Project, marking another milestone in our journey of building excellence across Malaysia’s urban landscape.

This project represents the first phase of the Jalan Ampang Improvement Programme, a key initiative to enhance one of Kuala Lumpur City Centre’s main arteries — in preparation for the ASEAN Summit 2025, where Malaysia will serve as the Chair of ASEAN.

Following our iconic Saloma Bridge, this will be RFY Group’s second pedestrian bridge project, further strengthening our expertise in the design and construction of landmark urban structures. The bridge’s architectural concept draws inspiration from the ‘Kapal Korek’, the traditional tin dredger that once symbolised Kuala Lumpur’s rich tin-mining heritage — reimagined here as a modern symbol of progress and connection.

With our proven design capabilities, engineering excellence, and trusted project delivery record, RFY Group was chosen with confidence to realise this visionary structure. The project underscores our continued commitment to integrating innovation, heritage, and sustainability in every design — shaping a more connected and inspiring Kuala Lumpur skyline.
